The detailed registration procedure for authors and presenters can be found in the notification letter. For listeners, please contact the conference secretary. When you submit the registration materials, the conference secretary will contact you within 2–3 workdays to confirm your registration.
Download or request the registration form from the conference secretariat.
Complete the registration form and prepare the required supporting documents (e.g. student certificate, HKSME member ID).
Send the completed form together with the payment proof to the conference secretary.
After verification, the conference secretary will send the registration confirmation letter within 2–3 workdays.
Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received in full. Payment can be made in USD or CNY.
Note: Listeners who only attend the keynote speech session, without food and beverage, can freely attend the keynote sessions on Aug. 14th morning.
Student Attendee: Provide a valid certificate from their departments (only for the first author).
HKIE/HKSME Member Attendee: Provide a valid member ID.
Listeners: Attend the conference only, without submission and publication.
Journal Publication Fee (APC) is determined by the journal and will be paid directly to the publisher.

The conference organizers will not refund or pay any compensation in which the non-attendance or withdrawal is due to any personal reasons, such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.
The conference organizers cannot accept any responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, strike, government regulations, epidemic and any other events which could not be predicted, controlled, avoided or overcome.
The conference organizers reserve the right to change the dates, place and form of the conference due to force majeure.
30 USD will be deducted if one paid via bank transfer when refunding at any time, which shall be borne by the payer him/herself.
Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference specialist via e-mail. The final decision on refund will be at the discretion of the conference organizers.
a) Registration cancellations are made prior to Jul. 13, 2027, 70% of the registration fee will be refunded.
b) There are no refunds on conference registrations, social events and tours for cancellations after Jul. 13, 2027 (include Jul. 13, 2027).
The Article Processing Charge Fee and Additional Page Fee are non-refundable once the conference organizer has submitted the publication files to the publisher, regardless of whether the paper can pass the review of publisher or retrieval agencies.
