Welcome to MAID 2027. This guide provides essential information for all participants to ensure a smooth and productive conference experience.
Please bring your registration confirmation letter and a valid ID/passport to collect your conference badge and materials at the registration desk.
The conference badge must be worn at all times within the conference venue to access sessions, meals and social events.
Conference materials (program book, badge, conference bag, etc.) can be collected at the registration desk during the opening hours.
Meals (lunches, coffee breaks and the welcome reception) are included for registered authors and listeners. Please present your badge at the designated catering area.
A free Wi-Fi network will be available throughout the venue. The SSID and password will be displayed at the registration desk and in each session room.

Each oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes, including Q&A. Presenters are requested to prepare their slides in PowerPoint or PDF format. All presentation rooms will be equipped with a projector, screen, laptop and microphone. It is recommended to bring your presentation on a USB flash drive and upload it to the session laptop during the break before your session.
12 minutes presentation + 3 minutes Q&A. Please strictly adhere to the time limit.

Poster presenters are required to prepare a poster in 900 mm × 720 mm (1:0.8 ratio, landscape orientation). Materials for mounting posters will be provided at the venue. Presenters should stand by their posters during the scheduled poster session to discuss their work with attendees.
